Making The Push/Living The Dream

Here is what I look like on the prestigious Freight & Salvage stage of Berkeley, California. It was short and sweet, but I entered my original song "Nothing At All" in a songwriting contest put on by West Coast Songwriters and had a hell of a response! Though I didn't "win" the competition, I won some great new friends and scored an impressive 8/10 for my songwriting and 10/10 for my performance! What a great experience; I can't wait for my next opportunity to enjoy this stage with a great community of songwriters once again!

Before that show, I rocked with T. Lee Walker and Alex Higman at Carson City's Plan b: Microlounge. Always a good time to be had there, and it's great coming home!

After Berkeley, I rocked pretty darn hard at Susanville, CA's very own Lassen Ale Works! In fact, the owner Eric liked me so much, he sent me home with a whole slew of free beer! (Picture below)

Lastly I came back home to play Reno's newly managed Midtown Wine Bar, and they always have it going on! Seriously, they are redefining what it is to have live music in an intimate setting with huge musical variety and new performers almost every night...cheers to Alexis and Doug!

I love doing this so much and my crowd response has been so wonderful lately, I couldn't imagine being anywhere else doing exactly this. Basically I am lucky and I know it!!!
